Erie Route Nine was a weeklong voyage into the cities, towns, and strange or forgotten places across the northeastern quadrant of the United States undertaken by four childhood friends in the brief sliver of time between three of them graduating college and moving to different cities far away from the group's collective hometown of Chicago. This is a multimedia retrospective made 20 months later collecting various photos, videos, written accounts, and other miscellaneous items related to a trip simultaneously mourning the end of childhood and celebrating the promise of adulthood.
