(EMILY, ATHENA, and WILL step into RYAN's apartment.)
...
RYAN: Well, we're all finally here ... ninth time's the charm, my friends!
EMILY: We still need to figure out how many places we have time to visit. I can put everything into my maps app as we draft out our plan.
ATHENA: First we need to celebrate finally committing to a week to do this. Come here everyone, try this lovely Cognac.
WILL: Pizza rolls!
...
(The four discuss travel options amongst themselves as ATHENA pours everyone a drink. RYAN begins writing down a tentative schedule on a whiteboard.)

RYAN: Okay, here's what I got. Since we're dispersed throughout the city and suburbs, we should pick a centrally located rendezvous point for all of us to meet at early on the morning we leave. I suggest Wilmette. Day one, we drive to the abandoned observatory, stop in St. Louis for dinner and camp somewhere near Cairo. Day two, we go to Mammoth Caves, stop at a whiskey distillery, eat dinner in Lexington, and camp somewhere in the Appalachians. Day three, we stop by Pittsburgh in the morning and D.C. in the evening. Day four, we go out to Centralia and spend the whole afternoon and night there. Day five, we head on over to spend a day in New York City and crash at Will's friend's house in Syracuse. Then day six we drive all the way home with stops at Niagara Falls and Erie, Pennsylvania. That's it.
EMILY: Alright, I plugged that into Apple Maps and it seems doable.

(With a plan established, the meeting now draws to a close. The group members agree to meet at 6:00AM in Wilmette in 16 days, and one by one return home to begin preparations.)
